Comment: Fascism through the back door? That’s what it looks like, according to an article by Helsingin Sanomat, which shows that a number of prominent True Finns candidates belong to Suomen Sisu, an associaton that follows the ideology of the Mussolini-inspired IKL of the 1930s, former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duken and the Nazi racial ideology of Alfred Rosenberg.
Rosenberg, who was tried and hung after being sentenced for crimes against humanity in Nuremburg, is the antithesis of multiculturalism. An architect, he became a pseudo philosopher on race. His argument in “The myth of the 20th century” was that for the Aryans to reach greatness they had to expel all the Jews from Germany.
Rosenberg was also involved in much of the “ethnic cleansing” programs in Nazi-occupied Russia.
You can find Duken’s writings in the neo-Nazi Kansallinen Vastarinta webiste.
One of the aims of Suomen Sisu is to “save” Finland from multiculturalism and stop different cultures from “mixing.”
As the April 17 election nears, more newspapers are starting to take a more critical view of the True Finns and especially its far-right wing led by Jussi Halla-aho and his followers.
The True Finns have been strangely quiet in the past weeks. Be ready for more revelations about some True Finns’ candidates.
What the cat will bring in won’t look pretty at all.

The True Finns are the only party which can break the big three hold over Finnish politics and that is what the motivation of voters this year. So anything else is irrelevant apart from achieving that task –
If you look at its history, Finland has had to fight twice for its independence against the far left, it took a allegiance with the Germans had a SS division both choices Finland has never regretted.
Finland had always taken a right wing way of seeing things, so being connected with the far right in Finland does not bring scandal like it does in other countries. If anything it will bring respect because the Finnish population expect loyalty to Finland and its identity from its citizens . Which you would not get from the far left but you would from the far right.
Hi April 2011, so your argument is that Finns should embrace far-right ideas because they are “better” than far-left ones? The majority of Finns don’t think this way. The problem I believe is that we never discussed and grasped what happened especially when talking about our role in the Continuation War and our relationship with Nazi Germany even if you prefer to state that we were a “co-belligerent” as opposed to a minor ally in the same club as Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania. Instead of debating this in society, Finland adopted consensus. Moreover, Finland was too remote and geopolitically far-flung for other countries to pay major attention to how fascism affected the country in the same way as Germany. I have a cartoon published in the Buffalo N.Y. News in 1944 showing a Russian bear cooking Finland over a fire. Swastikas spark from Finland as the figure is being cooked. Is this what you are talking about April 2011?
So what you’re saying, April, is that the Finns are a bunch of Nazi sympathisers.
If that’s true, then please explain why PS are so keen to distance themselves from the message in a recent Youtube video that highlights several direct parallels between their recently published manifesto and the election platform of Hitler’s Nazi party?
Shouldn’t PS embrace this parallel if such ideas bring respect?
Below is a link to a column written by Husein Muhammed on how the PS are planning to change the Non-Discrimination Act.

Have you noticed that the PS are speaking as if they already won the election and are now dictating policy? Strange. The election is on April 17.
You forgot to tell how RKP still hands out racist stuff, google Freundenthal.
–You forgot to tell how RKP still hands out racist stuff, google Freundenthal.
Your racism does not go away labeling others racist. It doesn’t work that way. That is a shoddy strategy used by the far right. Black people are “racist” because they speak out against racism. Give me a break!
Ah, so we should forget RKP and concenrate on ps?
